Today I added the 10 min. level 2 cardio portion to the 30 Day Shred and the Body Sculpt levels 1 & 3. The reason being when I did that 10 min. work out yesterday, I noticed (thanks to Bodybugg device) that 10 min. burned 100 calories. So today's work out burned about 500 calories. I'm happy with that. I just got "Where Did All the Fat Go?", a book by Dr. Huizenga of the Biggest Loser. He states to lose fat fast, work out two hours a day. I don't know if I'm THAT committed, but knowing that and knowing that 10 min. cardio portion burned 100 calories yesterday, thought I should do it. He also states that if you've ever been fat, obese or morbidly obese, you will have to continue to work out an hour a day to maintain your weight loss. Well, that sucks, but if that's what it is, then that's what it is. But truthfully, I'm almost, not quite, but almost enjoying working out now. There are definitely days when I don't want to do anything at all, but most of the time it seems that when I actually make myself get in there and start, the time passes quickly and I'm definitely proud of myself when it's over. And I'm seeing definition in all kinds of places and am finding that activities like hiking are more enjoyable and less stressful, knowing I have the strength and stamina to do the hike. I'm feeling good today and feeling strong today! And as silly as it seems, I know it's partly to just seeing that scale drop a bit, too.

163.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
