Eat SOME food in every 2 hrs, an apple maybe...or an orange or soup or a cookie.... It helps peel of weight w/o effort... but the key is "SOME" and "NOT A LOT"
292.8 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 83.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 13.9 lb a week
