Hovering still. Perhaps I'll make the breakthrough to goal this coming week. I should start exercising again soon, now that my iatrogenic wound is completely healed. I need to get back fully into shape. I'd just got myself up to an hour a time when I went into hospital. Now, I'll have to start all over again. Drat.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 172.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sure it won't take you long, to get back to fitness Fledgist. The trick is be patient and do a little bit more each time .... Ha ha ha ha - just LISTEN to me - who is the most IMPATIENT person in the world LOL.
