I am 60 days in on the keto diet... 21# weight loss! It hasn't been easy, but I honestly do not go hungry. I miss my sweets & bread, but I am learning to love ribeye & chicken with the skin on!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
