Hi all,
I have been working out with weights 3x per week for an hour and taking walks - .7 - 1 mile - at lunch.

I need to drink more water.

I joined the jumping jack challenge. I think I was delusional thinking I could do a jumping jack at my weight! HAHA I am lucky I didn't end up in the hospital. LOL

OK fatsecret gang I hope you have a great weekend.

292.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
