Got to goal weight. Nerves are still kinda high from talking to this person and work. I am mindful of what I eat. I take fruit for my br4eak then something small but fiber fill for my 2nd break.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
