I'll be walking 39.3 miles this weekend, 26.2, a marathon, on Saturday; and 13.1, a half marathon, on Sunday. It's a breast cancer awareness raising, fund raising event that I've done every year for the past 10 years, this being number 11. Interesting thing, there is so much food along the route it's easier to gain weight than to lose weight this weekend. Maintain.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
