Interesting. Not sure what is going on and what my body is trying to achieve now, but I can only guess it is trying to compensate for a month of stall.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! Well. I had the same happen recently. I had been being religiously true to my plan. Then I got knocked of kilter mentally for a few days and ate like crap and dropped 2 lbs?
