Quit smoking... I am expacting to gain weight. I should start doing some sports! But I am so lazy :) I walk at least 1h per day. I like walking... But I doubt I can cope with weight gain due to quit smoking just by walking... I quit before but never for more than 2 months so I have no idea how quitting will affect my weight.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! I'm going through the same myself. What you wrote is exactly me. My going to back smoking and eating poorly is usually an emotion excuse. It takes me 3 months. Glad to know that someone else is in my boat with me. I just started on here yesterday so I'm hoping I will figure this sooner as opposed to later.
