1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 bowl chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowls Chicken soup with banana dinner
No exercise.
Hoping for some weight loss on tommorrows weigh in
256.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
