I lost some weight again this week. That makes me much happier after not losing anything the week before.

The weight loss is going much slower than I expected. Typically on atkins you lose much more than 1-2 pounds each week, especially when you stay around 20 carbs per day.

Regardless, as long as I am losing weight each week, I will be happy.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
