Since I am a Chinese, I never worry about there will be too much meat or fat in my diet. My problem is I am a busy student, and I sit for more than 10 hours to study in the room, which means I have little time to do exercise. But every young girl dreams a perfact figure. I make mind to get rid off the habit-snack after 9 p.m.-from now on.

And, the good news, I throw 2kg in 10 days~ faster than what I imagine!
116.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week
