Decided to weigh myself today since I felt like I'd lost a pound or so, and it turns out I've lost two! My hubby even noticed that I looked different! I've had strange eating patterns for the last three days, I've been inadvertently skipping lunch and not snacking much. I've been off work and have been sleeping late for the last few days, so by the time I eat breakfast it's lunchtime. Then, by the time I'm hungry for lunch, it's almost dinnertime, so I just eat dinner! Last night I was in class and didn't even eat what I'd consider a proper dinner, just a smoothie and some kind of nut-bar thingy. Going to the gym this afternoon, to continue my couch-to-5k plan, and some upper body work. Maybe even a few minutes in the sauna!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
