Running or cycling every day, and feeling good. Hitting the road for Easter now to see family though, so all bets are off! Going to try not counting calories for a week and see where we end up.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 146.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
