I'm down exactly 6lbs in my 1st week. I'm definitely glad to see that, though I wonder if it would've been a tad more had I worked out longer last night . . . Nah, I'm grateful. No complaints. Hopefully I can keep up the good fight, esp. w/ the weekend getaway I have planned. Hope you all have a great Tuesday ; )
245.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 105.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
