Can't stop eating!!! Started today on Phentermine as prescribed by my doctor... it's supposed to help suppress appetite and be the best available option, so we'll see... I'll give it a month and see if I have any success. Stopped breast feeding two days ago, so I don't have that extra calorie burning activity any longer... although it didn't seem to do much for me anyway... we'll see... fingers crossed... I just need a push in the right direction, and some real motivation.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
