Weight is going the wrong way this month. It is the usual thing, when the university term begins again, my timetable for eating goes out of whack. I'm eating at the wrong times and away from home, so I'm eating junk.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Can you maybe try and plan yourself ahead a bit more? If you know this is going to happen? I carry my mint tea that I l like to drink with me so I can stay hydrated. And I use a hard glasses case with hinges from the dollar store to hold two protein bars that are emergency food and pretty filling for crunch times. I also have types of protein bars I like to cut into cubes like small toffees or caramels so I can pop just a piece or two into my mouth if I need a quick snack; these I store in a dish washed larger Rx bottle. But a lunch ziplock would work. Raw nuts, seeds, carrots, and apple with some cheese depending on your type of diet, a boiled egg and some cheese? All fairly quick and easy to throw together. And if you are meeting with colleagues in an eating establishment, there is normally water and salad to fill in?
