i did maura's class and it was good i am so sore and i ran for more than 10 mins today which was the first time ever. i really cant wait to do it again. i really need to get the eating thing together. i need to re-think it all.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1458 kcal Fat: 33.33g | Prot: 61.54g | Carb: 240.49g.   Breakfast: coffee, Instant Oatmeal - Raisins & Spice, grapes. Lunch: sparkling water, sugar free jello fruit cup, ham slices, kraft american cheese, thomas everything bagel. Dinner: asparagus, chicken breast, uncle bens brown rice bag. Snacks/Other: nature valley granola thins, cranraisin, water, pirate's booty. more...
