OK...so it's been a while! 245 days since I last recorded a weigh in...and in that time I got married and gained 15.7 pounds.

Today is day one of my reset! We started another biggest loser competition at work today...so here's to getting back to eating right and exercising and getting healthy.

212.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
