I've added more protein into my diet. I now eat 3 boiled eggs for lunch. Whatever you do, stick to your diet.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
