Everything was going very well, I was eating between 1300 and 1500 calories a day, healthy food of course and losing 1 pound every 5 or 6 days but I lost my patience and I decided to do the hard-boiled eggs diet for three days, that came to mess up with my metabolism, and the two pounds I lost in those days I am recovering again. I promise never to diet again. Balanced eating works best for me.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
