I dont know.. gisteren met trainen 500kcal verbrand en ook op m'n eten gelet. Ik hoop dat m'n spieren vocht opslaan..

eat, sleep, train, have faith..
140.0 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
