Three days in a row with the same scale numbers across the board! (If I did the waistline in cm, it wouldn't have changed, either!) That's numerologically significant, I'm sure! Too bad I don't believe in that crap... :)
182.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
