Back to 163. And it has been pretty close to that all week instead of popping up to 165 so yay. And the fitbit is showing me that I need to move more. I made an appt for a cortisone shot in my tennis elbow so hopefully I will be able to walk without pain.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
