I started the program yesterday and I was probably going a little crazy on the snack before I started so that is reflected in those two additional pounds for today, I'm sure. Hopefully next week it will be a different story.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
