Jane Robbin's Journal, 28 February 2017

I have been keeping to fast almost everytime, still working on timing and days. I started out Monday and Friday, but everything going on those days. I have switched to Tuesday thursday, which is the days I had the first time I did this 5 years ago. after listening to the video this time I realized, it was suppose to be 1/4 of your calories for the day which for me with the activity would be around 520. I was going to drink hot lemon water, which is actually really good, but I found out it has 12 calories, so during the fast time can not have that.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
