whoo-hoo! It's about time that number dropped. not crazy about the 666 part ; ) but I'll take it! I hope its not a fake out. can't really be dehydration when I'm pretty good with the water intake. can't tell you how thrilling it was to wake up feeling thinner, get on the scale and for once see the number go DOWN instead of up or steady! I feel good!
166.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
