THIS. IS. WORKING! Count calories, weigh in every day, take weekends off but don't go off the rails.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It really does work. :) ive been counting calories since middle of September and have lost 39 pounds! I do up my calories 1 or 2 days a week as well.keep up the good work!
