Two days of great workouts and I dropped 4 pounds. Also, I weighed in late (almost noon), so this loss will go away tomorrow, most likely. Basically, I wasn't *really* 182 yesterday, and I'm not *really* 178 today. The truth lies somewhere in between. My guess is... within a pound or two of 180... :)
177.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
