Waist is edging closer to 32.75, and the weight is edging upward. Fat % is also moving up. I might need to go on a little cut if that keeps going up faster than the weight.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
