A small Bio of myself... I am a mother of 5 ages 15 through 3 months. The youngest is done nursing so I felt it was a good time to try the dreaded diet (sigh)

I watched a documentary on Netflix of a Guy doing a juice fast. (Sorry, I can't remember the title) He had great results so I thought I'd give it a go.

I'm not being as strict so we'll have to see how it world. I did have coffee this am with zero cal. creamer/sugar.
A tall glass of juice then every 2 hrs. I drank about 4 oz.
Before dinner I had another tall glass and 2 hrs after another small. Also TONS of water all day.

I can't see a complete fasting on juice being a permanent weight loss tool so I did eat 1 slice of pizza.

Oh, the juice was made fresh with a juicing machine.
5 apples,5 small oranges,1 cucumber, about 20 baby carrots,1 yam

I will post updates on the progress!

HI, I am new to this thing too. I started it today and I don't know how to make you my buddy, but if you know how to do it, you can make me your buddy. The juice you made sounds good. I am trying to limit my carbs, since the more carbs I have the more I crave carbs. I like that V-8 splash drink, but it has alot of carbs and calories for me, I don't eat veggies 95% of the time, I just don't like them, so I tried drinking that juice thinking it was good for me, but I was gaining weight on it. I try to mainly drink water, I have one cup of coffee a day, and I love coffee, diet soda, and iced tea, but water is the best to drink. The caffeine really bothers me and then I can't sleep. I don't know how you have any time for yourself with so many kids, must be hard for you to get to exercise, unless you are pushing a baby stroller. Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey. LOL it can be hard to exercise but for now I'm using a treadmill at home while the little ones watch tv. I read your Bio and I have to say you are doing great! You've had good progress! I'm taking prescription diet pills also, adipex? I only have about 2 weeks of pills left from last year when I l started them. After baby #4 I wanted to hurry up and drop the weight so I went to the drs and he gave them to me. At that time, I was on them for about 2 months... I think I lost about 15lbs. I started getting really nauseous so I stopped taking them for 2 weeks then found out I was pregnant with baby #5 LOL. At this point, I am 4 lbs from prepregnancy weight yay! I read how you are having a lot of pain after your workouts. Maybe you are pushing yourself too hard. Ielp. I elp.would try to aim for a set amount of time and push yourself to the point of sweating but not exhaustion. Maybe that will hr
