I am not using the same scale, but I believe I have lost weight. I also have more energy, which is great, even though I woke up a few times during the night. Today is my fast day, so I will not have coffee, but I will have green tea which I like just like it is.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
