this weigh in I went to the scale confidently and I was not disappointed 2.2 kg lost.(my scale is in kg and I like kg because it is bigger than pound when you have lost its definite). for pounds its 5 pounds 2.2kg. at this point am pretty much in control booooyah!!!
249.1 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
