This diet is easy to follow, I havent been 100 percent true to myself on this, but I am still losing weight. The main thing tome is, I try not to eat late. I stop around 6 or 7. If I do eat late, it is a pickle, or porkskins. Because I havent followed this diet like I should have, obvioulsy I dont have a problem with being fat. Thats what it seems like, but I do. I have just been lazy. Well this is so easy, the food fills you up and you have no cravings hardly. I am motivating the people in my household to eat like me, so thats a good thing. I was looking up cruises yesterday and my boyfriend and I are planning to take one in the summer. They have water slides in them and I want to be confident and enjoy that experience without worrying about my fat roll :). I have been lazy but I get on here and see everyone staying strong, so I am going to stay strong too. I hope to motivate some people on here and become friends with the people that need motivation, and know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It is a battle but I am so close so I cant give up now!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
