It's so important to stick to a good workout routine. I'm now focusing on designing a good menu plan. I think my diet needs to change. I have to incorporate more protein into my diet.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
