Yesterday was a rest day, and I didn't get a chance to do any cardio. I did get my protein and all my calories in, but had to get a late-night snack to get there. So, no surprise I'm up. We'll see if it lasts. Today I'm going to walk with my wife, and do a lot of work around the house.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
