Down a bit at last. Just about half a pound off. This is very good. BMI of 24.2. I'm less than 5 pounds from my goal. Slowly, but surely, I will get there.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 168.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
