I can live with the increased body fat, but I'm going to have a hard time dealing with an increase in my waistline. I see the doc tomorrow... and then I'll know if I can slow down on the weight gain. It's kind of depressing to consciously try to gain weight that was so hard to lose.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
