Well, I am a bit bummed that my wt loss slowed down to .5 this week BUT considering that I cheated a bit on Thanksgiving, and I have been trying some different recipes (because my 12 year old is REALLY bored with Brown RIce and steamed veggies!) that haven't been 100% on plan. And then yesterday I had (are you ready?) a CHOCOLATE BAR! One of those yummy reindeer munch bars that I found at Target. I NEVER keep that stuff around - or I keep stuff for my daughter that i don't like, but I am HORRIFIED to report that I was in line at Target, saw them and snatched one.
Impulse chocolate buying will get you every time!
