well...Mmm. yesterday was worse- 167.4. figured it was due to the 1683 calories of the previous day. Or the glass of wine. yesterday was great calorie-wise, but 30 grams (counted as all carb) of those calories were a glass of wine. the timing? eating too late? not enough water? wine, itself? frustrating!
167.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
