Fledgist's Journal, 27 January 2017

This is a surprisingly quick drop. I suppose that the fact that the previous day's meal was frugal might have had something to do with it. As might the course of antibiotics I started yesterday.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1008 kcal Fat: 13.00g | Prot: 35.87g | Carb: 193.85g.   Breakfast: Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Fried Egg without Fat, Minute Maid Light Orange Juice, Bananas, Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Strawberry Banana. Lunch: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Blueberries. Dinner: Lean Cuisine Asparagus & Cheese Ravioli, Publix Red Seedless Grapes. more...

Hello random sir, I don't know what your eating habits are/were but I get immediate drops by 3-5kg a week when I just stop having my weekend beers, cut off cola, sweet snacks and get that hour of even light activity (like having a 3m/5km walk) a day. Also I'm only 30 so that counts too but keep it up, that drops must be encouraging!

tots miss the booze. I think that is the hardest for me when friends/family drink.
