The doctor scales weigh two lbs. heavier, but I am going to just record
what my scale say's since I weigh on the same scale each day. I have
to weigh myself each morning and evening to watch for fluid retention.
297.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 122.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2012:
1925 kcal Fat: 86.76g | Prot: 114.54g | Carb: 95.73g.   Breakfast: great value turkey bacon, ezekiel 4:9 , fat free cheese singles food club, olive oil cooking spray, Strawberries, Oranges, egg white. Lunch: fried chicken thigh. Dinner: butter, french spicie and tany dressing great value, My Dinner Salad, birdseye asian medley, ground round. Snacks/Other: splenda, cinnamon, butter, ezekiel 4:9 , Vodka. more...
