Flushed the excess salt and water out. Half your body weight in water really helps! Sticking to low carb. It works! No bread, pasta, rice. Allowed fruit in the mornings. Then protein and veggies the rest of the day. Still taking my Advocare supplements. Really helps my energy levels and fight cravings. :)
203.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.7 lb a week
