My back went out and I got stomach flu. I'm annoyed, but honestly, I'm looking at the flu like a forced de-tox ;) I have given up coffee. I've always wanted to switch to tea. I don't need cream or sugar in in, so less calories, and I like the health benefits of green tea. So I'm feeling good about that. I'm completely feeling good about my weight loss, but realize it may slip back up a little as I start eating again. I'm feeling o.k., even with this setback.
