have lost some, not as much as would have liked but its coming down. need to move more really but with my bad knee and other associated joint problems its not easy. just walking poses problems. try to do a little walk each day and build up from there. family and life still has its issues and not every day has been good. making an effort to record all i eat and at what time and how i am feeling so i gives me something to work with when feeling down.
