got on scales after not following plan at all especially over christmas and i have put on as expected. now is the time to try again. new start for this year. healthy eating and portion control being the main plan. life is still a curve ball and not too sure what its going to throw yet, trying to take each day as it comes. family worries getting me down so not always easy.
