Had a really good week! 3 more pounds down and I haven't been able to lose an ounce since the menopause bug struck me a year ago. The strenghth traing my be the key for me . . . I have to force myself to do it, but the effort is starting to pay off. PLUS I FEEL incredible. Not tired, plenty of energy, I seem to soar thru my days . . . Okay, okay, I'm rambling! Had a great week!!! Thumbs up for the ABS DIET PLAN!
