1/10/06 Day 9
1 bowl cereal w/skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowls cereal w/skim milk and banana dinner
Gym day off
Weight stayed the same. Seems to do this for a day or 2 after a run of weight loss. Should begin dropping again in 1-2 days
256.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
