11st 8, 1 off at WW Wed. Had curry last Sat, our first since started WW, so pleased to have still lost:) Have had Mac Don this week, Alkham lunch and Vine lunch, and Dominos today, so if I manage to lose anything on Wed it'll be a wonder indeed, and a real recommendation for the method!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
