My last weigh in of 2016, and the lightest I've been since I was a teenager. Probably my best gift today. Wherever you are I hope you have a lovely Christmas and wish you all the very best for 2017. Now to get stuck into some booze and turkey!

219.0 lb Lost so far: 133.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
